Having owned and operated my own security company within the West Midlands for nearly 9 years I have worked closely with others to identify training needs. With this understanding I opened a training centre that would run alongside my security company that would offer the training needed to achieve the qualifications to become a licenced security operative in the UK. I took some time to build up my own professional qualifications to be able to deliver the required training courses.
Helping others
Once I was actively involved in teaching people within my community it became apparent that other training courses are in high demand and I could use my passion and drive to help assist people gain the qualifications needed to gain employment and this in turn would help the community.
Personal & professional development
I believe that personal and professional development does not need to be done alone, both myself and my team have been set up to assist people with any help they might need to achieve the goals they set out to accomplish.

- Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training.
- Level 3 Award in the Deliveries of Physical Intervention Training within the Private Security Industry.
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement.
- Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering.
- Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work.
- Level 4 Award in Understanding the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice.
